Grand Christmas Raffle

Zhongxing

San Miguelito We’re not sure whether we have made the right decision, but we have decided not to hold our Christmas Fayre on the 27th November at East Cowes Town Hall. There are no restrictions at present but we can’t guarantee that won’t change. We also felt our supporters may not wish to be in an enclosed area during these uncertain times. We REALLY hope though, that confidence will begin to grow regarding Covid so next year, people will be more relaxed to attend our Summer and pre-Christmas Fayres.

http://sailmoonshadow.com/2003/09/ It was a very difficult call to make as we obviously desperately need to Fund Raise so we can make ends meet and provide the 5-star care to our rescues whilst facing really high Veterinary Bills as well as huge food and cat litter costs.

As you know we are a ‘no frills Charity’, every penny we raise helps our rescue cats/kittens directly. We are ALL volunteers and we all do what we do for ‘the love of cats’ and we all have the desire to help those who need us, which as you can see is endless and ongoing. We try to be available 24/7 and even if we are not available when you call, you can always leave a message and we call you back as soon as possible.

Instead of holding our Christmas Fayre, we are planning to launch an Online Raffle which we hope will boost our funds and help us through the winter months. Calls are constant and ongoing with pleas for help and situations of neglect. It is truly heartbreaking and we are here to help as many as we possibly can BUT we can’t do that without your help.

Our Christmas Raffle will probably run from the beginning of November and the draw will be pre-Christmas; dates to be decided.

We really hope you will support our Raffle and in turn, help us to help all our furry friends needing help – between us all we will be here for those who really need us.
