Snickers
‘Snickers’ came into our care just before Christmas. He was checked over by Pete at The People’s Vet with the hope of starting his vaccination course.
Because ‘Snickers’ had been neutered late in life we had him tested for feline leukeamia and FIV (Feline AIDS) to my horror the FIV result was positive. We also had a laboratory rest carried out and sadly this confirmed he was FIV.
This could have been avoided if only he had been neutered way before he was 9 years old 😿 I suppose I shouldn’t have been surprised as ‘Snickers’ was the 3rd cat from the same area to test positive for feline AIDS.
This GORGEOUS boy is now looking for an indoor home, ideally with a catio so he can have some quality outside space. He would be too restricted in a flat so is looking for a house to live in with you xx
He is such an affectionate boy and would be a lovely friend and companion. He obviously needs to be the only cat, probably the only pet as there were dogs in his previous home and that may not have worked well for him 😿
Poor ‘Snickers’ has now lost the grass from under his paws but we will not give up on him – he deserves a life and he deserves to be loved and ADORED. He is coming up to 10 years of age and we would consider him going to a home as ‘A Foster For Life’ – you are welcome to call so I can explain how this works.
If you have room in your heart and your home for ‘Snickers’ you are welcome to contact me anytime on 521778 / 07423 050 662 – please do leave a message if I miss your call.
His life is on hold but he has SO MUCH love to give – PLEASE HELP
‘Snickers’ has his paws tightly crossed hoping you can find room in your heart and your life for him
